Hello Angels! How are you all?
I know, I know…it’s been a while. I was getting pretty good at being consistent with my posts and then BAM!…one month passed and not a single blog post to be seen. I was so surprised at how fast this month flew by you guys. But not to fret! I have tons of blog post ideas in the making! Sometimes I think I have too many ideas floatin’ around in my noggin that it gets crazy executing them all.
As you can see from my unique (haha) title, I’ll be showing you guys my OOTD from last week (another mosque event). This mosque event was Musleh Maud Jalsa. Wikipedia actually explains this day perfectly, so here’s a little snippit:
“The Promised Reformer Day is celebrated by Ahmadi Muslims annually on 20 February and commemorates the fulfillment of the prophecy concerning the birth of an “illustrious son” of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad whom the Ahmadis regard as the Promised Messiah and Mahdi. Ahmadis believe that this prophecy [was] fulfilled in the person of Mirza Basheer-ud-Din Mahmood Ahmad, the second Caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.”(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Promised_Reformer_Day).
Alright, let’s get onto the outfit. Mostly everything is from Pakistan and gifted. Underneath the blue net kameez I wore a black long sleeve shirt to stay modest. The banarsi red and gold pajama is a very popular fashion item in Pakistani style these days. Let me know how you guys liked my outfit! (Also, I forgot to take a picture of my heels, but I paired this outfit with blue sparkly pointed heels).
